The housing association wanted to move away from storing contract information in Excel spreadsheets, while also wanting to find a tool that could extract particular information to create reports.

Monmouthshire Housing Association provide and manage affordable housing in Monmouthshire for people who need them and to ensure all those homes meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. The Association manages and maintains around 3,600 homes and 290 leasehold properties, as well as large numbers of garages and other parcels of land around Monmouthshire.

The housing association wanted to move away from storing contract information in Excel spreadsheets, while also wanting to find a tool that could extract particular information to create reports. Target have worked with Monmouthshire Housing Association to build and quickly deploy a fully functioning contract management system.

The Accord contract information management and reporting system is now allowing the organisation to securely store and gain control over all their important contract and supplier data, as well as have clear visibility over the department activities and have the ability to extract any data set to create the reports they need.
