How much does it cost?

All our pricing is published on our website.

Accord can be purchased in one of two ways:

1.Pay a one off CapEx Mobilisation Fee for Configuration, Installation and Training with an annual Services Fee for Unlimited Users, Hosting, Security, Maintenance, Support and Data Back-Up.

2.Agree the scope of works with no upfront cost and a fixed monthly fee.

A three-year minimum contract term applies.

Every installation of the system includes corporate branding, field configuration and one-day onsite training.

I’m in the public sector, are you on any framework?

Yes, Absolutely, we’re on the G-Cloud!

Do you provide training?

Yes. With every install, we provide a minimum of one-day onsite training and when you have new employees we provide free training via webinar. Additional training and refresher sessions are available on request.

Can Accord run on both PC and Mac?

Yes. Accord can be run on both PC and MAC. All you need is an internet connection and a device with a modern web browser.

Can Accord be used on a tablet device?

Yes. Accord can be used on any smart phone or internet connected tablet device.

Will Accord email me when something needs attention?

Yes, absolutely, Accord will notify you of upcoming renewals, contract expiry, supplier KPIs to complete… let’s discuss, during mobilisation, your precise alert and escalation processes and let’s get compliance in place.

Does Accord have the ability to upload documents?

Yes Accord does have the ability to upload documents; you can upload specifications, quotations, soft copy contracts, service level agreements, etc., in any format. Documents can be versioned and searched for. Documents can be uploaded against a contact or contract, just let us know what you need.

How configurable is Accord?

We understand no business is the same, so our system is never the same. We don’t sell an out-of-the-box product; we configure and personalise Accord tailored to your business.

Accord is a flexible software solution, if you have income or expenditure contracts, we’ll make sure Accord will support and be configured to your way of work.

Can Accord be used across multiple sites?

Accord can be used across multiple sites and contract information is shared to all site hosts.

Can Accord support multiple languages?
