Bedford Hospital NHS Trust is a 403 bed, high performing acute district general hospital committed to providing a caring and safe environment for patients and staff. The Trust provides the full range of acute services to its local population and were seeking a contract management in a response to a possible merger with a neighbouring Trust.

The possible merger prompted a regard to clearly understand existing contracts and how they were handled in terms of storage and the renewal process. Target approached the Trust with it’s contract management system, to clearly address the issues the organisation was facing.
