SOEPS were looking for an alternative solution to move away from an existing database as they found it limiting to what they needed to do and how they were wanting to work with their existing clients.

SOEPS were looking for an alternative solution to move away from an existing database as they found it limiting to what they needed to do and how they were wanting to work with their existing clients. In 2014, Target worked with the procurement service to continually develop a bespoke contract management system that mainly focuses on financial and analytic requirements the service needed.

Target’s Accord contract information management and reporting system is allowing the organisation to capture and store all the information around their projects and buyer savings. The service now has instant visibility over data and has the ability to create reports around a finance work plan, and forecast; cash savings and cost reductions.
